Account Deletion – BebeApp

        This document explains how users can request the deletion of their account and associated data in the
        BebeApp application, developed by Maya Health Alliance Wuqu' Kawoq, Guatemala.
    

STEPS TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT:

Open the BebeApp application
From the main screen, tap "Settings"
Select "Manage my account"
Tap "Delete my account"
Select the reason(s) for deleting your account
Tap "Delete my account"
Confirm by selecting "Yes, delete my account" or tap "Cancel"
Your session will close and all local and cloud data will be deleted
You will be redirected to the BebeApp welcome screen

DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED:

Caregiver information
Baby information
Notification inbox records
User progress and saved markers
Local BebeApp database records
Stored application preferences

DATA TEMPORARILY RETAINED:

Account deletion request: 30 days
Google account name used for login: 30 days

* After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.

CHANGES TO THIS PROCESS

The account deletion process may change due to future updates. Any significant changes will be communicated through this page or within the app.
